In 2003, Jeff founded Paradise Carpet One Floor & Home. Prior to that, he worked as a sales representative for renowned flooring brands like Mannington and QuickStep. At the store, Jeff assumes multiple roles—he is responsible for measurements, estimates, scheduling, and overseeing the installation process.

Erin Wyatt joined Paradise Carpet One in 2012, following in her dad's footsteps since he opened the store in 2003. She began her design journey at KU in 2001 and has since worked in the industry while sharpening her customer service and management skills. Erin's passion lies in designing custom kitchens that blend functionality and excellent design, a reflection of her love for cooking. Her timeless designs ensure customers enjoy their spaces for years. Outside work, she enjoys wine, food, and good company!

Owner / Director of Operations
Since August 2016, Will has been a valued member of our team. Serving as our Director of Operations, He oversees our HR, AP/AR, ordering, inventory, and everything else behind the scenes. Prior to working at Paradise Carpet One, he coached college basketball for 10 years.
Since then, he has immersed himself in the flooring business. Taking immense pride in having a positive impact in our local community; both by supporting our team as well as improving the homes of our customers. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending his free time with his family, particulary his wife Megan and kids Hunter, Hayden, and Harrison. You can often find them spending time at Clinton Lake and with their friends.
Sales / Project Coordinator
Sarah is a seasoned expert in the design industry and has been involved in design since 2002. Beyond her professional prowess, Sarah is a dedicated parent, often playing taxi for her three kids. When she does find moments of leisure, Sarah indulges in her creative side through painting, diving into books, or tackling puzzles.
One of Sarah's interests is tile design, where her passion for color and shape varieties shines through. Whether crafting a stunning bathroom or creating an eye-catching backsplash, Sarah's expertise transforms spaces into works of art. Her unique blend of creativity and meticulous attention to detail ensures that every project she undertakes is a masterpiece.

With over 35 years of experience in the design industry and graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Her passion lies in unique and creative design styles, always striving to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Hailing from Lawrence, she's not just a professional but also a local enthusiast, spending her free time immersed in the vibrant culture of live music or exploring vintage treasures through her love for shopping. Dana ensures every project is executed with precision and flair. Her favorite flooring is Marmoleum. Ask her why when you stop by!
Inside Sales Associate
Juliona is new to the flooring industry, with Paradise Carpet One marking her first job in the field. The team at Paradise Carpet One has been instrumental in introducing her to the world of flooring, and she is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and further assisting customers in their floor shopping journey.
Juliona has a particular fondness for monotone color schemes that incorporate varying patterns and textures to create interesting and appealing designs. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a relaxing day at home with her trusted sidekick- Luna the cat.
